专利说明:
End plate for heat conducting floor or roof elements FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to an end plate for a heat exchange system comprising intermediate plates, each formed with - rectangular recesses for receiving a heat hose, and - adjacent slab members and which heat exchange system is for use in a building structure, preferably a roof structure or a floor structure. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Heat exchange systems for roof or floor structures are used to capture solar energy on roofs for use in the building for heating and / or hot water supply. In floor designs, heat exchange systems are used to supply underfloor heating to the building. Intermediate plate systems with rectangular recesses for receiving heat hoses are used for this purpose, where the intermediate plates are made of a heat conducting material which distributes heat over the surface. The disadvantage of the known systems is that on the sides of the structure, where the heat hoses change direction, there is no heat conducting material on the surface of the structure. Thus, the capture of solar energy on roof structures is reduced, as not the entire surface area is utilized in the side areas. In the case of floor structures, comfort is diminished, since there are '' cold '' areas in the sides of the floor surface that are not covered with a heat conducting plate in contact with the heat hoses. The object of the invention The object of the invention is to provide an end plate for heat-conducting floor or roof structures to utilize a larger part of the surface of the construction for heat transfer. DK 2018 70098 A1 It is further an object of the invention to provide a tool for making such an end plate. A further aspect of the invention is a method of manufacturing an end plate for heat-conducting floor or roof structures. Description of the Invention These objects are achieved according to the present invention with an end plate for a heat exchange system comprising heat conductive intermediate plates, each formed with rectilinear grooves for receiving a heat hose and adjacent plate parts, and which heat exchange system is for use in a building structure, preferably a roof structure or floor structure in which grooves are formed to accommodate the recesses. The end plate according to the invention is characterized in that it is made of a heat-conducting material. The end plate is formed with a U-shaped recess for receiving the heat hose, the recess being made with a U-shape as seen angled on the upper side of the end plate. The free ends of the U-shaped recess extend to a first side edge of the end plate, so that adjacent rectilinear recesses in the heat exchange system's intermediate plates are connected via the U-shaped recesses to form a continuous recess for receiving the heat hose. The purpose of the end plate is to increase the proportion of the roof or floor surface covered by the heat conductor, thereby increasing the efficiency of the heat exchange system. Ideally, the entire surface area can be covered with heat-conducting material by using spacers and the end plate and thus used for heat exchange due to the thermal conductivity. By covering a larger part of the roof surface with heat-conducting material, more of the solar energy can be collected in the heating tube. In a floor construction, the end plate increases comfort because a larger part of the floor area is covered with heat-conducting material and is thus heated. Cold areas in the sides of the floor surface are thus reduced or nonexistent. DK 2018 70098 A1 By recess in the intermediate and end plates of the heat exchange system, as used in the present application, in connection with thin plates is not meant a recess in the plate itself. It is intended to form a plate so that it is imparted to a three-dimensional shape in which the depression is formed by the plate being formed with a portion of the plate which forms the depression outside the plane formed by the adjacent plate parts of the plate. These adjacent slab parts are planar slab parts which typically constitute a substantially larger area than the recesses. The flat plate parts in use will be intended to abut the surface adjacent to the surfaces of the building structure, adjacent to the recesses of the building structure, in which the recesses of the intermediate and end plates are accommodated. The thickness of the end plate will typically be between 0.5 and 5 mm, preferably between 1 and 2 mm. The area of the recess is small relative to the area of the entire end plate and will most often be between 2-10% of the total surface of the end plate. The U-shaped recess U-shaped cross-sectional profile is adapted for uptake of the heating tube. Preferably, the heating tube has a diameter of 10, 12, 14, 16, 20 or 25 mm. The distance between the legs of the U-shaped recess is preferably 200 mm, 250 mm, 300 mm, 400 mm, 500 mm or 600 mm. According to a further embodiment, the end plate according to the invention is characterized in that the recess, as seen parallel to the plane of the end plate, has a U-shaped cross-sectional profile with a rounded edge area at the upper side of the end plate. A radius of curvature at the edge region facing inwardly in the U-shaped depression is greatest at the bottom of the U-shaped depression and tapering out to each of the legs of the U-shaped depression. According to a further embodiment, the end plate according to the invention is characterized in that the end plate is made of aluminum or an aluminum alloy. Preferably, the end plate is made in EN AW-1050A. DK 2018 70098 A1 According to a further embodiment, the end plate according to the invention is characterized in that the depression is formed by deep drawing. According to a further embodiment, the end plate according to the invention is characterized in that it is made of two or more plate sections. According to a further embodiment, the end plate according to the invention is characterized in that it is made of a material with a heat transfer coefficient of more than 100 W / (m * K). A further aspect of the invention is a tool for making an end plate according to any of the foregoing descriptions in depth, and which tool comprises a trade and a dog part. The tool according to the invention is characterized in that the trade comprises a U-shaped elevation or part of such a U-shaped elevation in a plane perpendicular to the working direction of the tool, and that the dog part comprises a corresponding depression in a plane perpendicular to the working direction of the tool. The recess and elevation have a U-shaped cross-section, as seen perpendicular to the working direction, where a side edge of the recess at the edge area facing inwardly of the U-shaped recess has a varying radius of curvature, which is greatest at the bottom of the U and decreases. towards the free ends of the U-etch legs. When the tool is performed with a constant radius of curvature, the workpiece breaks at the bottom of the U. A surprising effect is that the workpiece can be produced in a single depth feature if the radius of curvature of the dog part is abraded on the inside of the lower part of the U. This technical means is central in that the workpiece can be manufactured using a single depth feature. This single depth feature based approach enables cost effective manufacturing of the end plate, both in terms of working time and the necessary tooling. The dog part may comprise a base plate which is connected to a first set of ladders which accommodate bushings for a guide. The trade may include an embossed rail with an unformed elevation. The embossing rail is connected to a top plate with threaded rods and DK 2018 70098 A1 nuts. A retaining plate may be mounted freely slidable in the tool's working direction between the embossing rail and the top plate of the threaded rods. A set of adjusting nuts is mounted on the threaded rods between the top plate and the embossing rail. With the adjusting nuts, the force with which the retaining plate acts on the planar workpiece can be adjusted. The rack plate is connected to another set of guides for guide. The top plate is connected to an adapter for connection to a pressing tool. The end plate can also be made using alternative manufacturing methods, for example a casting. According to a further embodiment, the tool is characterized in that it comprises a holding plate between the trade and the dog part which, during use, presses the workpiece onto the workpiece. The retaining plate may comprise a recess for receiving the embossing rail. This results in that the holding plate during use of the tool exerts pressure on the planar workpiece before the trade of the tool exerts pressure on the planar workpiece. The tool trade may include a top plate and a U-shaped embossing rail. The top plate and embossing rail may be connected to threaded rods and nuts. The trade and the part of the tool may be associated with a guide. The guide includes rails connected to the rack and bushings connected to the rails. The wings connect the dog part with bushings to the guide. The trade may further comprise an adapter for connection with a pressing tool. The tool is made of a harder material than the planar workpiece being pressed, preferably structural steel for example S420 or S235. When using the tool, the flat workpiece is placed between the trade and the dog part of the tool. The trade and the dog part are pressed against each other to impart the desired shape to the planar workpiece. DK 2018 70098 A1 The thickness of the planar workpiece will typically be between 0.5 and 5 mm, preferably between 1 and 2 mm. The working direction of the tool is the direction in which the trade is shifted, relative to the dog part, when the trade and dog part are brought closer to the depth of the workpiece. A further aspect of the invention is a method of manufacturing an end plate of the foregoing description, characterized in that it comprises the following steps: - provide a flat workpiece, - designing the final depth profile of the planar workpiece in a single depth drawing step, - the deep drawing affords the planar workpiece a U-shaped recess or part of such a U-shaped recess, the deep drawing being carried out with a tool comprising a trade comprising a U-shaped elevation or part of such a U-shaped elevation, and a dog part comprising a corresponding depression in a plane perpendicular to the working direction of the tool, the depth drawing gives the U-shaped recess a U-shaped cross-sectional profile, as seen perpendicular to the working direction, the recess and elevation of the tool having a U-shaped cross-section, as seen perpendicular to the working direction, - the depth drawing is carried out with varying radii of curvature over the extent of the U-shaped recess, the lateral edges of the recess at the edge area facing inwardly of the U-shaped recess having a varying radius of curvature which is greatest at the bottom of the U and decreasing towards the free ends of the U-etch legs. According to a further aspect of the invention, the method is characterized in that the deep drawing is carried out with a depth drawing of up to 35 mm. According to a further aspect of the invention, the process is characterized in that the planar workpiece is made of aluminum or an aluminum alloy. Preferably, it is made in EN AW-1050A. A further aspect of the invention is the use of an end plate of the foregoing description in an element for building roof or floor construction.
